Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.
Boat House Apparel gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery to the original form of payment.
Being a small business with inventory constantly changing, we can only offer exchange or store credit within 90 days of delivery.
Any item purchased outside of boathouseapparel.com, A Boat House Apparel store or Final Sale items cannot be returned. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your order.

If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product.
To be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and all tags attached on every item. Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Defects must be reported before items are worn, washed or tags have been removed.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
